If an individual is identified at risk of undernutrition using ‘MUST’ but they also require a special diet such as diabetes, pureed (level 4), or cardio-protective (raised cholesterol), information sheets are available to provide dietary advice.

Diabetes

If there are any concerns about weight loss or poor appetite it is important that advice is sought from a healthcare professional, such as a GP, dietitian or diabetes team.
Raised cholesterol (cardioprotective)
