Focus on Undernutrition is developed by award-winning Consultant Dietitian Rachael Masters (MSc, BSc), providing care professional and caterers with nutrition training and consultancy, specialising in the management of undernutrition and dysphagia (swallowing problems).

Our passion is tackling undernutrition and enhancing dining experience with swallowing problems (dysphagia), which results in people seeking out our training and advice.
